Query on Hyperlink

Hello

I have data on TAB A that has a unique customer ID reference. I would like to be able to add a "click here" hyperlink on TAB A then looks up the unique customer ID reference from the relevant column and then finds the same thing and goes to it on TAB B.

Is this possible?
