query with condition in excel cell

Hi,
I have to connect my 'PREFERENCES' sheet with my database(KER3) and the query is: select col_1 from s_menu where f_id = (cell B14)

plz help !
 

Excel Facts

Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
