In previous versions of Access, I could drag a form or query up to the tool bar and it would create a shortcut that enabled quick Access to that query or Form.
I know that I can create a shortcut on my desktop in the same manner, but is there a way to create the same shortcut in the tool ribbon, or toolbar?

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
There are lots of options for the navigation pane if you want to explore that (such as custom groups, hiding unneeded objects, grouping by object type, and different sorting. There is always the option of customizing the toolbar in various ways but this doesn't sound like one that you can just do in a few seconds. You can always create your own "dashboard" or "home" or "navigation" form as well and have it open first on opening the database.
