Question about custom Functions

I want to make a custom function to strikethrough. So like how we can hit ctrl +c for copy, I want a ctrl + ?? for strikethough on excel 2007.

I really have no idea what to do and would appreciate any help.

Here's a subroutine that will stikethrough the selected cell if you press ctrl + s:
