Hi,

I am trying to draw a line with a fixed value across the entire chart. When I try to draw a line, there is a gap on the left and right hand side. If there are 5 tick marks (x-axis), I am plotting 5 points of the same value to try to get a straight line (chart type is one of the line types). Is there a better way to do this?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

Select the X axis, then format axis, Scale, then deselect the option to Value (Y) axis crosses between categories.

Does that help?
