Ok what I did was create a excel document that calculates your electric bill based on previous and current meter readings

Now that I am done and can tell what my electric bill is by putting in my meter reading, I would like to convert this excel document to an interactive program

Maybe something like a web applet or create a autostart cd that will display this document and allow others to input their meter readings to determine their bill.

I hope this makes sense and I hope someone can help me

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
sounds nice but your "users" won't be able to use your spreadsheet unless they also have Microsoft Excel. I believe users can download a program that allows them to view and print Excel spreadsheets but nothing more (such as entering formulas and performing calculations).
