Hi all, another formula question... I have length of service for months in the form of a decimal say 3.32. I need a formula that will allow me to see how many days that actually is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Nicole, as various months having different number days are you assuming 1.0 month = 30 days?
If yes, the formula would be simply =3.32*30 (days)?
