Question about Group Names

So I have multiple tables in which I need to call to lookup data. I gave the range of each 2-dimensional table a group name. I want to know if there is a way that I can specify a certain sub array of the group name in the formula bar. I need to this so that I can use the vlookup fuction to look for a value in a specific column of the table. Any ideas?
 

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
