Question about rand between formulas

Hi there,

My co-worker and I are trying to solve a excel riddle and we'd love some help to find an answer (if there's one)!

We're trying to use Excel to randomize fourteen individual sums that add up in total a certain amount of money but doesn't go pass said amount.
So an example is 1-14 (1 = 12.30, 2=could be 1.20 etc) adds up to sum 150, but the sums in each number have to be random. We tried the randbetween but I think we're missing a piece to fit into the max that we want.

Does that make sense? Anyone have ideas?
