I have a data set with region, Country and Cities. I want to have them in Groups in a Pivot table.
<colgroup><col><col><col span="2"><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>
If I add them in the rows in the pivot it will look like this
<colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>
I need the Region,Country and Cities to be in a different column.

Asia | China | Hong Kong | 100 | 500 | 4000 | 40000 |
