Question on Message Box's

I have a question to see if there is a message box or vba code to request data entry in a box and click the OK button and have that data entered into a specific cell?

For example:

Have a message box pop up at a certian point of a routine where it asks for the operator to enter the customer's name. The operator would enter Ray Smith and click OK. THen have Ray Smith populated into cell A3.

Any thoughts?
