Question on Pivot Table Options

I have two pivot tables that their source is Power Query queries that refer tables on SQL Server databases (Excel 2016).

In one pivot table, I select Pivot Table Options - Data tab, and the choice "Number of items to retain per field" is available. I can change from Automatic to None

In the other pivot table, the same option is grayed and not available.

Do you know why and when this option is unavailable?

Thank you

Nick

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
It's really difficult for me to produce sample from this confidential data.
The Power queries behind both pivot tables are of the same style: exec sp_proc1, exec sp_proc2. Every sp has a select statement of 2 SQL Server tables.
The credentials are the same (same database user, same password), but the specific option in the one pivot table is grayed and in the other pivot table available.
How can this happen? Both pivot tables are from scratch.
