I have a sheet that I want to make as a template, and lock it so it cannot be used. Ok, I can lock it, no problem.

Question is, and yes it may be an easy one, How do I open up new sheets basd on this template? Call me stupid, but I have not used excel in 5 years, and I am positive I was able to do this before.

Please help.
