How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
A couple of possibilities:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(RIGHT(B1:G1,2)="TY"),--(B2:G2="Y"))
=COUNTIFS(B1:G1,"*TY",B2:G2,"Y")

The second formula requires Excel 2007 or above.
