Here is my question. I have 16 columns each with a drop down form a list. What I want to do, is make it so that when you select an item from the lost in column A, that option is no longer available to select in columns B:Q and so on.

Example:
Stored List- Numbers 1-100
Column A- Select #33

Stored List for Column B- has 1-100 but 33 is no longer option
Column B- Select #5

Stored list for Column C has 1-100, but 33 and 5 gone, etc.

Is this possible?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
You are correct. It is not easy.

However, you could use conditional formating to highlight when a previously chosen number has been choosen a 2nd time.
