Hello everyone!

I work in a Procurement Department and there is one database where the following columns are stated

PR Number (i.e. 1,2,3 etc), Description of Goods/Services, Department, Estimated Budget, Actual Cost.

The question i have is the following

I have transformed this into a pivot table but many times one PR (i.e. Cleaning Services) is divided into 2 or 3 sub-rows (i.e. Cleaning Services Store 1, Store 2 etc). I would like the Pivot Table not to show the amount of the Estimated Budget of the main row (i.e. Cleaning Services) but only the sub-rows (i.e. Cleaning Services Store 1, Store 2 etc) since these are the lines where i fill in the Actual Cost.

The second question is, i would like from this pivot table to insert a column chart where there will be only 2 columns (Total Estimated Budget & Total Actual Cost) and not the costs per department.

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce

Use the XL2BB addon to post a dozen or so rows from your source data so what you are talking about will be more clear.
Another to show how the data in that part of the PivotTable is placed into the table in the second question
If there is some way to identify when the main row has sub-rows?
