Hi,
i have a sheet which has on average 2-3 pages of content, but i have a formula which goes down to E4000 for when i need it

Now when i try print it includes all the pages with the formula also, in my case 86 pages when i only need 3.

Is there a way to quickprint only pages with text ?

much appreciated

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
You are printing pages only with text..!

First, if you have a formula going that far down "for when you need it", there's usually a better way of doing it. I sometimes have VBA control where formulas sit for me
Second, if we're using VBA anyway, we could make a quick routine to change the print area instead

this code will set the print area to go to the end of column A, and cover columns A:C:
Code:
Sub setPA()
Dim i As Long: i = Range("a999999").End(xlUp).Row
Dim strPA As String: strPA = "$A$1:$C$" & i
ActiveSheet.PageSetup.PrintArea = strPA
End Sub
Amend to suit your needs, and you could also link it to the workbook "before print" event so it runs automatically
