quick question someone please help this should be easy

anyone know the hot key to paste value?

like how ctrl-v pastes all.. is there hot key just to paste the value with out right clicking going to paste special and then clicking paste value?

There is no single keystroke, but you can add a button to your Standard Toolbar. Choose Tools|Customize, click the Command tab, Click Edit in Categories and scroll through Commands to find Paste Values. Click and drag to put it on the Toolbar.

What I did was to record a macro for paste value(put in your personal workbook) and attach a keystroke to the macro.
