Quick Reply seems slower than Regular Reply

Maybe it's Canada??? :p

well, it's the most *obvious* answer :)
either that or the smurf....

Ah a (pathetic) play on words as in Can't use QuickReply properly from Canada. I know it was really bad. I blame it on my age

I have noticed that sometimes the board is slower than other times. When it is slow for me, it doesn't matter which method I use (Quick Reply/Post Reply), they are both slow.

Are you finding that Quick Reply is ALWAYS slower than Post Reply?

Just wondering if the problem is more of a function of "when" you are replying rather than "how"...

I too find the board a bit slow sometimes, and maybe it is coincidentally when the board is slow, but to me it just seems that when using Quick Reply I generally have to wait longer for the message to be sent. Sometimes I get so frustrated at how slow it is that I have to actually close down the internet and re-login. When I do come back, I find the posting did go through and I continue on my merry way...

I haven't noticed a crawl on the board for a long time....
