So my boss wants access to say guppy. None of my tables have that field. I was thinking of building a table and label it guppy. I'm doing a query to show forecast.i will like to know the easiest way to show guppy.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Where do you want to see this?
On a Report of Form?
You should be able to just create a label with that value.

There should be no reason to add a new table or new table field.
If you need it in a query, you can simply add a calculated field to your query, i.e.
Code:
Guppy: "Guppy"
