Hi All,

At present i determine my installation costs within
Excel , and then open a Word document to describe
and cost the work. I therefore have two files one Word
& one Excel both saved under the same reference number.

My question is ...................................................

Is it possible to have within my Excel workbook , a Word
template so , for example Sheet 1 is my Excel worksheet
& Sheet 2 is a template Word document ????.
Thus only having one file to save.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Once you have created your word document and saved it go to sheet 2 in excel, click insert->object
select create from file, browse to your saved document, click the paste as icon option and insert it.

The word document will then be saved as an object in excel and you can delete the original.
