When I use a formula such as
C1=A1&CHAR(10)&B1
and copy the result(C1) into notepad i end up with quotation marks around the copied text.
e.g if
A1 = A
B1 = B
I want
A
B
but get
"A
B"
how can i get rid of the quotation marks without manually deleting them in notepad.

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Not sure how to stop them appearing in the first place, but once they are there, you can delete all of them at the same time in Notepad by using Find and Replace . . .

Thanks Gerald
I realised after reading my post that I should have provided more info.
What I'm trying to do is concatenate text from 3 cells with line feeds
and then upload the result to SAP B1.
I am uploading something like 2000 text messages .
Seems like it's the char(10) that causes the quote marks to be there.
But i need the char(10) for the line feed.
I was using notepad just to see what was happenning.
Probably not explained myself very well here. Sorry.
