Hi Everyone

I have a simple radar chart which I've attached below. The challenge is that I'd like to replace 1,2,3,4,5 with A*, A, B, C, D.

Any ideas will be gratefully appreciated.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Oops... sorry, I've tried to remove the gibberish but Can't for some reason.

Also cant attach the image sorry. I hope you get the idea though from the data table.

Thanks Andrew - I can't really use an add-in because Im trying to design a template to be used by many staff and I can just see it going wrong if additional clicks are needed to get this working for them.

As an alternative, I was thinking of using a custom cell format to help. Im trying the below but I get an error saying 'Excel cannot use the number format you typed'

[=1]"D";[=2]"C";[=3]"B";[=4]"A";[=5]"A*"

Thanks in advance.
Regards
