Ramping up sales staff but first month is training

I have a spreadsheet of ramping up sales staff. The issue I have is that my first month is currrently showing as 25%, but i need this to be 0% as the first month is training. I need an indicator that shows a staff member is needed and then the second month is 25%, third is 50%, fourth is 75% and then from month 5+ 100%.
