Rand, is it possible?

Hi,

Please can you help me on this Rand issues.

In Column A from rows 1 - 100 i have storage bin ID codes ie

Ad1
Ad2
Ad3
etc

We need to randomly stocktake 20% of these storage bins.

Is it possible to create a rand formula for column B1:B100 which will return the value of '1' for 20% of the Storage Bin Codes?

Only 1 in 5, 20% will be taken.
