Randbetween

Is there a way to make the Randbetween function not create a whole number and instead, a deciaml that goes to the 10ths place?

right now, I just have it like this:
RANDBETWEEN(1,32) and it'll spit out something like 20. I want it to be something like 20.3. Any ideas?

=RANDBETWEEN(10,320)/10
