Random distribution of 4 values approximately 25%

Hello,

In the column "C" I have value1 and in the column "B" I have got Value2
In the column "E" I have join both value1 & value2 using formula E6 = C6&D6

Column F has 50 numbers I want to fill in the column "G" "4 join values are in the "E"
Randomly distributing approximately 25% each of these 4 values. As shown in the attach example image.
