random result from excel table

i have a list in excel with of 5000 rows and i want random result of it . i have 5000 rows and i want 50 rows randomly and i want excel to do that how can it be ?

There have been a number of threads discussing this topic on the board here in the past. If you do a Search on the terms "random selection list", you will get many hits, and many appear to be similar to what you are trying to do.
