Hi all,

I'm new to VBA, and I'm working on a project. Then some random projects for the other excel files I happen to open at the same time appear (screenshot below). You can see they have xlsx extension. And I cannot get rid of them. There are also some other stuff that I don't need but don't know how to delete. And I don't know what the XLAM one is for. Would appreciate your help.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

Hi,

You can do following -
- If you have installed any add-ins (e.g. Google Desktop). Please remove and check.
- FUNCRES. XLAM is related to Excel Data Analysis ToolPak Excel Add-In.
- If you have created any objects in excel files showing in Project explorer, release from memory. (set myObject = Nothing)

The VBA project window shows all open workbooks regardless of their extension.
