Randomise Option Button Selections

Using code below to randomise option buttons
Or values in cells

However not sure if it's actually random as when I enter them in a sheet and count it's not very random

Over 10000 and approx results over several tries are
Option 1 3320 seems ok
Option 2 2980 seems low
Option 3 3700 seems high

If rnd < 0.3333 then
Option1 = true
Elseif rnd < 0.6666 then
Option2 = true
Else
Option3 true
End if

Even tried
Elseif rnd> 0.333 AND rnd < 0.6666 then with similar results
