Range based on Activecell if Activecell is in the range

Hi, I would like to be able to set a range based on the activecell, can anyone provide some insight on how to do this. Here what I need to do. if a user is in cell C3,D3,E3,F3,G3 or H3 I would like to set the range to C3:H3
so anytime a user was in any row it would always be looking in the same row and these columns C:H
