Ranges two workbooks--find update

I have two workbooks wbxxx and wbyyy each with one sheet in em' (1)

For each value in column A wbxxx.ws.1, find in column A wbyyy.ws.1, if match value wbyyy.ws.1column E=wbxxx.ws.1Column N

Anyone can help?
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
