Rank Values by Column Name

Hi All,

I have just recently discovered this forum after attempting to self resolve a ranking issue I have with Microsoft Excel.

I wanted to know if there was a way to rank values by column name?

For example, if I have entered the values below, is there a way the values in the row can be ranked by the name of the column as shown in the Desired Output column?

	Test 1	Test 2	Desired Output
Value 1	100	98	Test 1
Value 2	90	98	Test 2

Range	Formula
D2:D3	D2	=INDEX($B$1:$C$1,MATCH(MAX(B2:C2),B2:C2,0))

The easiest way would be with index and match.

Book1
	A	B	C	D
1		Test 1	Test 2	Desired Output
2	Value 1	100	98	Test 1
3	Value 2	90	98	Test 2
Sheet3

Cell Formulas
Range	Formula
D2:D3	D2	=INDEX($B$1:$C$1,MATCH(MAX(B2:C2),B2:C2,0))
