I cant seem to get the proper ranking in Column C. Getting an error and not sure why... Any idea's Thanks

What would be your expected overal rankings in column H?

trying to set up a ranking for each column of B, D, and F. Then in Column H have a overall ranking just based on adding the rank of columns C, E, and g and divide by 3. If you can think of a better way by all means let me know. Thanks
