Ranking Question Based On Two Columns

Hi

Wondered if anyone can assist ...

I have total number orders for a part number in column B , and total number of corresponding sales qty in column C .

I was hoping to "rank" by using both column B & C ' s data ... but i am stumped !!! ?

As always , any advice greatly appreciated ,
