What do you mean? Post who is the best? That is what I am looking for. I am looking to determine who is the best .

Why them? I am looking for a way to weight the number of responses to the % that they scored. So if one rep has 100% but we only received 5 reponses and another has 95% but they received 20. Who would be better? Agent 2?

It seems your domain knowledge doesn't help you much... Following up the weighted average route...
