I have a pricelist, and basically I'm comparing our company's SRP with the store's retails. I add another column to the original pricelist spreadsheet, calculated the difference of the SRP and the store's retail, to find out exactly what items have different retails. Then sort it by the result, so I would only add items that have different retails. My question is, how do i sort it back to the original pricelist, so I can do another store again? Instead of closing it out and choosing "no" when it asks me to save changes? Would appreciate any of your help!

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
what if to have another column ( if you haven't yet ) then put a numbering from 1 to ??? to the original records before sorting the differences. then after you sorted the differences and you need to go back to the original lay out, then you can sort based on the numbering sequence in that column. is that make sense?
