I have 311 data from the city of Montreal open data site, the CSV file has roughly 2,5 Million records from 2016 until last month.
http://donnees.ville.montreal.qc.ca/dataset/requete-311
I loaded the all records using power query using the Load to Only create Connection. However, I would like to extract that is otherwise select the 2500 records that requested a service for the extermination of rats into a separate workbook. Now I am stuck here,
Richard

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
One option - use Data Filter.

Another option - if your data file is to big to handle as a spreadsheet, try another application, such as MS Access.
