I am looking for a way to auto-calculate vacation balances for about 30 people. I would like to know the real-time balance when I open the workbook. There is no probationary period before they begin accruing and they accrue 13.33 hours a month. I am wanting this to subtract any vacation used as well. I don't know how to use Macros or VBA. Is there a way to make this happen?
