On sheet 1 I have a column that has a cell for each client payment type which is identified by the numbers below:
1 = Clinical
2 = Administrative A
3 = Administrtive B
4 = Technical
5 = Eligibility

On sheet 2 I have a graph that reflects the actual number of "Clinical" clients, "Administrative A" clients, "Administrative B" clients, etc. The figures that drive this chart are entered in manually.

I want to know if there is a way to have the client payment types counted on sheet 1 and transferred to sheet two to automatically update the chart in realtime. So when a change is made to the client payment type it will automatically be reflected and updated on the chart.

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
