Hi Everyone,

I'm having a bit of an odd situation. I put an =RTD real-time data function into Excel and its throwing an #N/A error and I know why, just don't know how to fix the error.

Essentially, I am pulling data out of the thinkorswim trading platform into Excel and I have been successfully doing this for many years. It worked fine on my old computer and now I have a new computer with the exact same Office 365 set up and now when I put the RTD function into Excel I see that the tos.rtd add-in is in my inactive add-ins. I followed the same instructions online that I have in the past to activate the add-in (essentially adding the proper .dll to the COM Add-Ins in admin mode and restarting Excel which has always worked in the past). No matter what I do it shows the add-in is inactive and not active. I've done a lot of internet research and it seems like maybe something is off on my registry/security, but I have to be careful what I change since I'm on a work computer. I also cannot re-load Windows as I just got this new work computer and that is not an option.
