I need to calculate the percentage difference between two cells. I have a column A with old price and column B with new price and column C with the difference of the change. I need to add a column D with the percentage of the price change between A & B

Can someone tell me how to do this?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
=C/A

Format the cell as a %

Also:

=(B-A)/A

You can format the cell as a % by selecting the cell and clicking on the % button on the standard toolbar.
