Rearrange data automatically

I got two tables. I want to fill in the cells in Table B with the following order. So if cell A13 (i.e., "John") of table B match to any cell from A2 to A8 in table A and cell B13 "i.e., Place 2" of table B match to any cell from B2 to K8 of table A., then cell C14 return to the corresponding time (expected to return "28/8/2023".

While for cell A17 (i.e., "Erie") of table B match to any cell from A2 to A8 in table A and cell B17 "i.e., Place 5" of table B match to any cell from B2 to K8 of table A., then cell C17 return to the corresponding time (expected to return as blank space.

So basically I want to rearrange the data in table A by following the order in table B. Any idea? Thank you.
