May i know whether it is possible to Change the Case of all The Folder and subfolder including the Files Contained In subfolders to Proper Case using excel VBA?

and also whether we could delete all the Subfolders in a particular Folder using VBA?

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
I would caution you to leave folder names alone. Although Windows is (generally) case-insensitive this can in fact create problems for linked files - at least it has for me in the past when someone changed a folder name from smalls to caps.

The rule of thumb with all files and all folders is *leave the names alone* except in cases of dire necessity.

That said, you can do all kinds of file operations using the file system object in VBA/Excel:
