Rearranging Table Columns Error

Evening Folks,

This isnt normally an issue for me, but I cant get my table to rearrange the columns. I do the usual, select entire table column, move to the edge, wait for the "plus" sign, then click and drag. However when I do, I gey the message - You cant rearrange cells within a table that way. because it might affect other table cells in an unexpected way.

Any suggestions? :D

I'm getting an error when I try to move a row of a table. The full message is: "Cannot complete operation: You are attempting to change a portion of a table row or column in a way that is not allowed.

I cant rearrange the entire column, as there is extra data above the table, so this solution wont work.
