I have list of items and the ingredients that are needed for this items.
Is there a way that if I select a items then I get all the ingredients it needs and its cost and the total cost.
Current I have to do it manually.
If some one can guied me what to put were in excel so that your formula works then I would really appreciate.

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
do you mean like

12 current buns

4 loaves of bread

it might get quite complex, due to visible cell limitations

but potentially possible

You can create a hyperlink to say a Word document or perhaps another cell in the workbook with the details of the item. Would take sometime, but doable. Press CTRL+K to access the hyperlink tool and have it link to where best suits you.
