Hello everyone.
I´m in a project where i need that the ingredients of a shopping list that have an allergen list can reflect them on the sub recipes and then in the recipes. On green i have the product list, I mark the allergen with a letter X on its right and then it should go to the subrecipes and the recipes in another sheets:
(is in spanish but i think taht is easy to follow the idea)

Then it should fill the space where the allergen is found:

And it should do the same in the final recipe:

I am not an advanced excel user.
So to resume my idea, i need that when an allergen is found with a letter X it passes it to the sub recipe using the name of the ingredient and then i can use the same formula to pass it to the main recipe.
I hope i was clear with my explanation and thank you very much!

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
