Record highest level of cell

I would like a formula or VBA code where A1 contains ever changing numerical data B1 shows the highest/lowest/mean value of A1

Well, you'll have to keep track of it somehow. How is the data in A1 changing: manually or via formula? And how do you want B1 to display 3 different values (e.g. "High - xx/Low - xx/Mean - xx"")?
