I want to record the value of a cell on the 1st and 15th of each month from one worksheet into another worksheet (Same Workbook).

Scenario:
I have a worksheet titled “Remediation”. On this sheet there are seven cells (F120:F126) which contain a value that’s calculated from a range of cells.I would like to copy the value of each of these cells into cell range B107:B124 on the “Metrics” worksheet.

Ex: Cell F120 would copy its value on 9/1/11 into B107 and B108 on 9/15/11.
Cell F120 would copy its value on 10/1/11 into B109 and B110 on 10/15/11
etc. This process repeats itself through May 2012

The same process described above would follow suit for cells F121 thru F126.

Is there a way to automate this process so I do not need to enter the information manually?

Thank you

Tom
