I don't get the stop record toolbox when I want to record a macro. I do tools>macro>record new macro, put the name and the shortcut key and click ok. And it doesn't show it! How can I get it?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Hi S,

Go to the View menu and select Toolbars / Customise and then tick the Stop Recording box. Close. Close it with the X.

(NB: You probably 'lost' it by pressing the X instead of Stop when recording )
